Any good detox?

I am 3 weeks pp and i am thinking of how i am going to lose weight fast, once i've hit 6 weeks pp. Anyone know any good detox's that have worked wonders? 😊

I plan on doing a cleanse with Suja juices to kick start my healthy lifestyle after I've given birth. Just a 3 day, nothing too extreme. It really is all about eating clean and getting active

If you'll be nursing, you'll want to be very careful of cleanses. You have to be properly fueled to produce milk for your baby.
