Infertility

Who has ever had fibroids and or a submucosal fibroid and who's has had a myomectomy ?? I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now and well I found out I have two cyst and blocked tube and 2 fibroids one is a submucosal one pretty much in my uterus ! Just wanting to know anyone else who has had these same issue !!? I'm so scared they are going to tell me I can't have another child !!
