Severe anxiety and birth control?

Does anyOne also deal with anxiety on a day to day basis?
 Whag birth control do you take? I know a lot of bc can heighten anxiety and k don't think I can take anymore than what I have already..

My birth control has actually helped my anxiety & depression because I'm lacking some serious hormones up there which makes me those ways! My bc has actually balanced mine out and even added some back in!

I cant even take birth control because the thoughts of taking birth control make me more anxiohs than what its worth..  I have tried almost every type.. im good for the first couple of weeks the I start to become a nervous wreck. Maybe tha is why I am pregnant with the 6th...

I'm sorry I can't help, because I'm kinda in the same field as you! I'm so happy to know that I'm the only one who struggles with that. I've been really nervous to get on birth control due to my experience with anxiety medicines!
