Clothes on or clothes off?

My and my boyfriend have been dating since the 6th grade and we're now about to enter our senior year of high school. Recently we started having sex and he seems to be bothered that I don't feel comfortable getting completely naked. I take everything off below the waist. Occasionally I'll take my shirt off but that's the farthest I'll go. I'm very self conscious about my weight and the size of my breast. Am I bad for not wanting to get completely naked?

Your boyfriend should be okay with that but he should also do everything he can to make you feel comfortable about it. There's no reason to be uncomfortable. I'm sure you are a beautiful person inside and out. It's definitely okay to self conscious.

If you feel uncomfortable, that is okay. I think sitting down with your boyfriend and discussing with him why you feel that way would be a good idea. It's your body and you can consent to what you want and decide that you don't want to consent to other things. Ultimately, it's your choice what to do with your body and it's your choice to do what is most comfortable for you.
