Been sick with a cold a lot

Hey ladies, I am 14 weeks and this is my 3rd time to get sick with a cold. One turned into an ear infection and what I have now is a cold/sinus infection. I hate being sick when I am not pregnant but now that I am pregnant I can't stand it. I want to be healthy for my baby boy and I get frustrated with such limitations on what I can take. Why am I sick again? So ready to feel better!
