Zoloft disagree with anyone?

On 50 mg of Zoloft. Going on my 4th week. Have been experiencing diarrhea, headaches, dizziness, and medicine head! That isn't good and can't function properly like that when watching my 3 kids all day. Can I just stop it or will I have withdrawal symptoms. I don't want to take another dose😳.  What is the best medicine for anxiety you feel has helped. Don't want anything long term unless I have too.thanks!
