What to cook?😪

Question

My best friend's family is coming tomorrow night for dinner (our best friend is living with us) and his family is like our family because his mother has always been there for my husband.
I really have no idea what to cook 😩😂😂😂
I'm a pretty good cook might brag about that a little but I have no idea because I actually do wanna cook something special for em so if you've got any suggestions then just feel free to comment (please) 😂💓
We're gonna be about 15 people and 4 of us are pregnant

With a big crowd, I always go for Italian. Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread. Sugar in spaghetti sauce helps to cut the acid and reduce heartburn. If you want to give them variety, serve Chcken Alfredo as well. Both are easy to prepare and won't have you on your feet much. And for dessert? Gelato, pregnant-safe tiramisu, or Zeppole (all desserts can be store bought).

I would make tacos! That way people can build it the way they like. I find it a hit with new company also when there's pregnant women involved who may have touchy tummys.
