Anti depressants after baby is born. Help!!

I need some help. Before i was pregnant I was on antidepressants for my bipolar disorder. I weined my self off them and I know I'm going to have to go back to at least one. I want to take my cipralex. It has worked wonders. . I really want to breast feed and pump but my concern is the medicine will get to my baby. I have read so much about this and want to know everyone's opinions and if anyone is doing this. I've read at 5 MG is OK and won't hurt my baby or cause side effects... help please!!!!!
