Feeling lost

So I start my period every month like clock work. The 2 and through the 7th. July came still nothing I should be 7 weeks today. But I have pcos and all my test are negative blood and all. Morning sickness and sore breast. Back pain tingling sensation in my legs and feet. I know my body what should I due. Had the same thing with my now 14 year old son. Whom they said I wasn't pregnant with. Lmao hmmm feeling over whelmed
