Stressed

So today I had my anatomy ultrasound, and my baby looked healthy, apparently he was measuring 3 days ahead and the lady asked me if I had diabetes (which I don't think I do?) I've never had a problem with it, I am a little overweight, but she said when babies are measuring big the mom can have diabetes. Now I'm so sad and I feel like I did something wrong.
