how can you tell when your baby has the hiccups?

I'm 23 weeks but I don't think I've ever felt it. I hear of a lot of moms talking about how they can tell when their baby has the hiccups. What does it feel like?

It feels like constant little taps... (tap tap tap tap) for several minutes.  You'll definitely know the difference between a kick ave hiccups

I didn't feel them until about week 29. It's way lighter than a kick/movement. It was more like little continuous taps :)

My daughter had them several times a day after 30 weeks made my whole belly jump

Feels like kicking or jumping but it's consistent

They feel like constant taps. My little one just had them and gets them 2-3+ times a day. Most people get annoyed by them but I love how cute they feel. Plus the fact that she always squirms around a bunch, probably frustrated by how annoying they are to her, is super cute to me. 😋
