Can anyone help me? Don't understand OPKs

I'm a bit confused . If any one knows about OPKs please help me lol . I took an opk on the 19th it came back negative (Low) the next day... On the 20th in the morning we took another and it came back negative (LOW) I then took another one that night and it came back positive (PEAK) . So me and my boyfriend baby danced on the 20th In the morning even though it was negative , then we danced that night once we saw the Positive one . And we also danced the next day witch was yesterday night the 21st . What are our chances of conceiving . If you can please tell me something .
