Returning to Work

I am struggling with the prospect of returning to work after the birth of my daughter. I am a teacher, and I had her on May 6th, which resulted in me not returning to work for the remainder of last school year. Everytime I think about leaving her to go back for this upcoming school year, I break down. My husband makes enough for me to stay home, but I feel as if I'm not ready to end my teaching career. I'm also the dance team director and the prospect of leaving my girls feels impossible but so does the prospect of leaving my daughter all day to work. Any advice from working moms out there?
