Breech turning techniques?

I am 33 weeks today and was told this past week that baby is breech right now, dr said he still has plenty of time to turn... But what are some techniques to help babies turn? I was in a rush after the appointment that I forgot to ask😞 I go in for another appointment in 2 weeks and can have him check if he's turned yet. FTM here😊💙

And also, has anyone had the Drs "turn" the baby? And if so what was it like??

I am passing on having them help the baby because I heard it's painful for mommy and baby... And honestly I don't care if he has to come via c section... Either way of birth is fine by me 😊

We were told in our birthing class that "hanging your baby" is a good technique to encourage them to get in the right direction. Just get on the floor on all fours and just hang your belly.

When I heard that babes was breech at 28 weeks with an anterior placenta previa I knew I had to act fast and not wait, cause space was already an issue.  So, I went on the spinning babies website and did the forward tilt 3x a day when I felt she was awake and straight afterwards did the breech inversion tilt. I'd say 4/5 days later I felt some big time movement going on. With this I also had chiropractic adjustments. True as bob, 4 weeks later when I did another scan not only did the placenta stretch up but she was between transverse and head down. 4 days post scan I feel so many kicks under my ribs I'm pretty sure that she is head down. Give it a go!

You can try yoga...downward dog is a good position to try to help baby flip.

Peppermint essential oil but ask your doctor first. Babies don't like the scent of Peppermint oil and will turn to get away from the smell.
