Rant about sil

So my sis in law is currently living with us in our 3 bedroom house, before DH and I agreed to let her move in I told him that he needed to let her know that this was a temporary thing as in only till late April cause we need the 3rd bedroom for the baby.

Apparently they never had this discussion because she is under the impression that she will be here until she wants to leave.... How would you ladies deal with this? Don't get me wrong I love her but for whatever reason if it's not one of his 6 siblings it's another in our house and I'm just a little fed up with it....
