Can dreams really be a prediction of gender?!

Question

I dreamt last night that I had a little 2 or so year old boy that I was telling him he was having a little brother. Wondering if that might mean I'm having a boy?! Odd thing is that I'm pregnant with my first, so weird that there was a 2 year old boy in it too. I have a stepson, but he's 10! Anyhow, just wondering if this might mean I'm having a boy?!

My husband and I both had a dream the same exact night that we're having a boy. We found last week were having a little girl.

I wanted a girl so bad and everyone else thought it was going to be a girl but around 10 weeks I had a dream that I had a boy and the doctors handed me my baby and I was like "Damn it's a boy.. I still love him though" lol. I found out last week it's a boy so my one dream was right. Lol

I ended up having a girl :) lol
