How Did You Know?

Mamas who have decided to get their tubes tied after birth - how did you know you were ready? My boyfriend and I will be 22 in October & we're pregnant with our 4th. I feel like we're too young right now to say we are completely done having children, but I also have gotten pregnant on the pill (this pregnancy) and with Nexplanon (prior pregnancy) so I feel like my only option for sure to know I won't have anymore babies any time soon would be to have my tubes tied... Plus I developed DVT with my youngest and had to do blood thinners the entire pregnancy, with this one I have been diagnosed with a subchronic hemorrhage AND still take blood thinners as a precaution so there is the medical standpoint also.. But I just don't think I'm ready to close this chapter of my life yet😭 I'm not sure what I'm looking for here, I just needed to rant a little lol.
