Heartburn! To die for!

So i have heartburn to die for! The list of medications that my ob gave me say non before the first trimester is up! Im about 6weeks and i already had terrible problems with this! So now what to do! Any advice!? I have to have something beacause im going to go crazy! I cant even eat!
