Braxton Hicks? FTM

FTM, I'm 33 weeks I've been getting like a pressure type pain in the lower pelvic area. Kinda feels like cramping. It feels like it radiates to my back. TMI it feels like ima have a bad case of diarrhea. It only last a couple seconds and then I feel normal again. Could it be Braxton Hicks or just cramping?
