Wages vs. College

I'm starting college next month, and I'm sure the next 4 years of my life are going to fly by, but are there any jobs that pay decently without a college degree? I am currently make $9/hr as a pharmacy technician, but I'm sure I won't get a ton of hours during the school year. So I'm looking for a job that I can get 15-20 hours a week but one that will also pay well.. Any suggestions? Oh, and I live in TN, so southerners are welcome to respond!
