I have this rash under my breast. It appears only when I scratch it. I just got done painting my nail with new polish. Could it be an allergic reaction?

It's normal. It usually goes away after an hour or so.

Looks kind of like a heat rash. Doesn't look too concerning just keep an eye out for it and don't use scented lotions on that area until it's cleared up!
