Should I be upset?

My boyfriend keep referring to our soon to be baby as 'my parasite'. Do I have a right to be upset?

If you don't like him saying that tell you don't, just don't do it in a rude way.

I call my kids my little monsters or little terrors, some people have actually been offended by me calling my kids that but I don't really care.

While it is medically a parasite - if it upsets you talk to him about it calmly, don't get angry or upset at him or it could push m him away.
