I need help

My last period was on Jun 9-Jun 15. That was my first period after a got off the shot . So I don't know my cycle duration. I had sex Jun 26 & July 7 we used the pull out method. I didn't get my period this month. But I took a test on the July 14 and got a negative. And the next day I had some discharge. Do you guys think I'm pregnant? What should I do?
