Anyone willing to share announcement ideas?

Question

My husband and I can't decide how to announce online and would love to get some ideas from everybody who has already done an official announcement post. We told our parents face to face by giving them a framed ultrasound photo. What did everyone else do?

for our first, I think I just posted the ultrasound picture and said something about expecting... but to tell our family, I asked hubby's fam if we could take a family picture for Father's Day and I acted like I was taking test shots and said, "say happy Father's Day to brandon!" just started rapid firing to get reaction pictures til everyone realized it.  posted those pics too. gave mom a gift to unwrap and videoed her opening it. posted a freeze frame from that, too.

We live in Texas so we posted a picture of a sign with my husband, daughter, and my boots . The sign said "everything's bigger in Texas including our family! Baby Barrera March 2017"

We wanted to use something that played with something that related to us ! Good luck!!
