I had the exact same problem, I was on a low dose birth control. My doctor prescribed me a different one and I am slowly getting back to normal.

I haven't taken plan b, I am on birth control but it's not new ive been taking it for months so I'm not sure why all the sudden I'm having periods every other week 😭

You can get more blood by eating vitamins that's what I'm supposed to be doing after my period but I don't 😭😭 but yeah

^^^ are you on birth control?? Because that can make your periods irregular when you first start taking it. I had mine for two weeks then it was gone then came back like a week later.  Oorrrrr have you taken plan b at all?
