Morning sickness

OK I am 10 weeks 2 days and my morning sickness is almost 100% gone! Should I be worried. The dr said it was good meaning everything was going well now I am just having headaches and light cramping. I had bleeding a few weeks ago and we heard the hr threw an abdominal ultrasound at about 9 weeks. So that was a blessing but I'm just worried now... is this normal?? Please help!
