Anybody else having bad back pains?

Question

I am 36 weeks 1 day and today I had some bathroom pains. I barely made it to the restroom (TMI I know, sorry) but anyways afterwards I almost immediately started aching in my lower belly and lower back. My lower back was very bad and constant. And lasted for a good 20 to 30 minutes. It has now eased off. I don't go back to the doctor until Friday for my first dilation check. I haven't had any Braxton hicks that I am aware of. Could this be early labor signs?

I am due the 29th with my second child.  But with my first child I didn't know you could have stomach contractions as well as back contractions. So make sure you timing the stomach and the back. I remember going to the hospital with my first and I was four minutes apart not knowing that the baby contractions count. I did most my laboring at home.  I was only in hospital 41 minutes when my first. So Good luck to you!

I think I am just going to see if it happens again this evening and tomorrow morning and if it continues on and off then I will call my doctor tomorrow to see if she wants me to come in earlier than Friday.
