I can't tell you how much I loved my birthing ball. Idk if it helped me progress but it definitely relieved so much pain. And it was a lifesaver during birth.

I bounced on my ball and went into labor that night but don't know if it was just a coinsidence lol I just had this feeling like labor was near so I got on my ball to do exercises and my contractions got close together that night because I had been having contractions for a couple weeks already

I even took pictures because I thought THIS MIGHT BE MY LAST NIGHT BEING PREGNANT! lol it was also great during labor
