Can any one give me advice/relate?

So I went to see my OBGYN this afternoon. I have been getting really discouraged lately and really needed reassurance. Five years ago I tried for over a year to get pregnant with my daughter. I wasn't ovulating... After two months on clomid I got pregnant. So he decided when trying to get pregnant again to allow me to have 2-3 normal cycles then he would put me on clomid. I have completed three cycles of clomid and have ovulated two out of the three times but haven't had any luck getting pregnant. My doctor today decided since in having very normal periods and having positive ovulation tests that it would be best for me to do artificial insemination. He doesn't think the sperm has been able to get to where it needs to go. So tomorrow I start my fourth cycle of clomid and I think my husband and I have both agreed to give the artificial insemination. Anyone have any advice or know anyone who has done this?
