Entourages at prenatal appointments
I'm curious to see where people stand on this. I've noticed some women have a quiet a few people accompanying them to prenatal appointments. Sometimes it looks like a SO and parents. Sometimes it looks like they brought a few friends. As long as they are okay with it and the Doctor is okay with it. It doesn't bother me. It's their appointment.
What does bother me is when someone's group is taking up all the chairs (or a majority of them)in the waiting room and the othe patients (who are pregnant) have to stand or wait outside and stand. I didn't say anything (you never know if someone may have an invisible disability), but I was not thrilled. Especially because I was not the only pregnant person who had to stand.
Has anyone else encountered this?
