Making bf pay a bill.

Boyfriend and I live together and he's acting like he can't help pay at least one bill. Obviously a few bills went up now that he's living with me. I have a limit on my internet that I never went over. Now that he's moved in it's been going over and when that happens 10 dollars gets added on. Once we go over again another 10 gets added. I work two jobs, cook clean the house and I'm almost five months pregnant. He barely does anything. He'll take out the trash and do the dishes. That's about it:  He works full time and is in the national guard. I know he can help me idk why he's being so lazy about everything. It's very frustrating I honestly want to pack his things and kick him out. I'm not getting any help!
