I met him on a game but...

So Im a huge nerd and while playing an online game i met this guy,we started just talking in game then drifted off the game into a group message then it went to just us. We talked for a while but then he broke his phone and when he finally got a new one a month later we really started to hit it off. He lives over 1,000 miles away and i plan to go see him this winter,but well he recently turned 25 and im 18. I still feel like there is a strong connection between us,and im just curious to see what people think. So Ladies,opinions on such a large age gap? Has anyone else met someone from a game?
