Headaches and shortness of breath

So this week I've had a headache everyday nothing horrible but it's there... And I've noticed when I climb my stairs I loose my breath super quick this doesn't feel normal to me I'm only 18 weeks anyone else having this problem?? I'm just super worried about preeclampsia, this is my third pregnancy and didn't have preeclampsia with my other 2 but symptoms on Google are pointing to that.... Maybe I'm just a worry wart
