NEXPLANON QUESTION

So I've lost around 20 pounds in the last 2-3 months and have an appointment to get Nexplanon put in pretty soon. But now that I'm reading posts on here, I'm scared I will gain all my weight back?? I like the idea of the implant but I don't want all my hard work to go to waste and me to get overweight again 😫 is it really going to make me gain weight or is it just the meal descions I make?
