Cramping at 5 weeks?

I been having cramps they are very light and random it's  about an inch  below  my hip bone it's not so much as a pain as annoying.. kinda hard to explain

If you're bleeding with the cramps then go hospital as i had bleeding and cramps two weeks ago n i ended up mc last Tuesday... If its just cramps its normal
