It looks to me like you might be reacting a little too sensitively. 😌 You don't need constant communication in a relationship. I totally get what he is saying; even in an awesome relationship, there will be some times when you are not in a talky/texty mood. That is healthy. Especially in certain scenarios, such as hanging out with family or watching a movie, like he says he is. I think your reaction elevated the situation to a place it didn't need to be, and he was still pretty nice about it. I wouldn't take it personally, and I would give him a little breathing room. A good relationship doesn't need to suffocate or demand attention. Let him have his time, and enjoy a little quiet for just yourself as well!
