Useful baby buys - add to the list
I thought with lots of posts of people buying for their November babies now it would be good for people to collate ideas of things they may have found useful with other babies to help FTMs and things we may have missed if we've done this before...
Equally good would be things that people didn't find that useful!
So this is number 4 for me but one of mine is an angel so from my previous two these are things I found really worthwhile having...
Muslins - they can be used for pretty much everything from wrapping baby up, mopping up baby sick and protecting your shoulder during burping, and both mine just loved holding them when they went to sleep. Easily replaceable and I bought white ones so I could wash them on high to get out any nasty stains!
Gro bags - great for sleeping and not worrying about baby kicking off blankets or getting cold.
A decent sling - I had a Moby wrap for the early days which was a godsend and then a Connecta Solarweave for later and will defo be getting them again. Hands free and baby gets cuddles all the time. Brilliant for around the house and quick trips out.
Swaddle blanket - great for the newborn days to help settle baby and feel snug and stopped flailing arms and legs
