Secondary Amenorrhea... HELP?!
For anyone who has experienced this and was able to overcome it and get their periods back, what was your first period like?
I've been without a period for almost nine months now. After working with my doctor, for about a month I've been taking proper measures to get it back. Yesterday, after about two weeks of crazy PMS symptoms, I started spotting brown blood.
I am wondering if I should count this as a period?
