Pregnancy of an Unknown Location?

Question

The doctor thinks this may be what's going on with me. Sonogram didn't show a baby, and my uterus, ovaries, and tubes all looked normal and healthy. However, my hcg is going up and every pregnancy test I've taken (at home or at the doctors office) is positive. 
If you have ever had an ectopic pregnancy or a pregnancy of an unknown location, what were your symptoms? What were your treatment options? Which option did you choose and why?

I had an ectopic in November 2014 ... Unbearable ovary pain that woke me up in the middle of the night bleeding on and  off for 2 weeks until they finally realized that they needed to do emergency laparoscopy because i had internal bleeding :( trying ever since :(

I was diagnosed with an ectopic on 13.7.16. I started with twinges in my uterus area which slowly moved to my right side and became servere. I had bright red bleeding and aches down my right leg. I had servere burning in my back (right side) just above my pelvic bone.. Turns out my little angel was in my ovary. Good luck to you hope everything goes okay x

My sister in law had that but the baby was growing in one of her tubes. She had to get surgery and thankfully the doctors were still able to save her tube the baby was in.
