So confused about my cycle right now help!

So i had laparoscopic surgery on the 1st. My period came on the 3rd just as planned. I took ovulation tests from the 13th-17th and got all negatives. My ovulation was supposed to be on the 18th. I forgot to take an ovulation test but assumed it was fine bc my cervix was high open and soft, i was having the right cm, i got cramps on one side, sore boobs. Everything that always tells im ovulating. Now on the 24th close to bedtime i had light spotting, like almost nothing just a pink redish line and ive been having light cramps since. I was thinking it was implantation since i was 6dpo. My cervix was high but closed and firmish, cm was sticky. Well today my boobs are really sore but my cramps have been more towards my left side, checked my cervix and its really high, soft and slightly open, even though it was completely closed two days ago. So i say hmm and take an ovulation test and it shows up like this! Idk what the heck is going on. How can i have all the symptoms and have the cm for ovulation on the 18th but get a positive for ovulation 8 days later when my cm sucks and my cervix is barely open. Can the lh surge last that many days after? Could it had been implantation and its pregnancy hormones making the test positive?? Any advice would be great.
