Round ligament pain
So I'm 12 weeks and 4 days and past couple days I've been struggling with round ligament pain. I had 2 hernia repairs when I was young so I have a lot of scar tissue down there. I was wondering if there's anything that can calm this pain? Is that a belly belt is used for?
