Pregnant again after miscarriage just two months ago. What should I expect?

Pregnancy after miscarriage. 
I have my very first appointment today. I'm not even 5 weeks yet. Can Anybody tell me what to expect? I miscarried in May and it's so hard to let myself feel excited. :(

Try to take it one step @ a time, take care of yourself, tell the people who will give u the most support, don't read posts that say possible miscarriage or bleeding or anything that will make u remember what it was like, or make u worry, try not to obsessively Google every symptom. Also be prepared for worrying that you're bleeding every time u feel any dampness in your underwear & that you'll probably over analyze every twinge or abdominal discomfort. I'm 11w2d w/ no bleeding or cramping, had an ultrasound @ 7w2d & had a healthy heartbeat, I get my next 1 on Fri. I'm still terrified that something will go wrong but at least now I'm not obsessively checking my underwear & I know my twinges r gas & my uterus expanding. Good luck, u got this!

I've had 2 previous miscarriages currently 6 weeks 1 day pregnant with 3rd. The best thing to do is to try not to think about the previous experiences, it's so hard I know and I haven't told hardly anyone in the family yet as the last Time I told lots of people that's the only thing I would say X
