The two day wait

Three weeks ago I found out I was pregnant . I took a clear blue test which said I was 1-2 weeks pregnant . I started bleeding shortly after (period bleeding ) . I went to the E. R where I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage . My hcg levels were 900 in I was told I was very early in my pregnant so a scan wouldn't show anything . The doctor informed me to come back in two days in I didn't . I diagnosed myself in figured I was miscarrying .Yesterday I decided to take a cheap pregnancy test . Which both came back very positive . I have a doc appt Thursday and I am so anxious . I just bought two clear blue digitals. It's now estimating me to be 3plus weeks pregnant . My uterus feels so achy . In I am having a bit clear discharge . Very light pink spotting when I wipe also . Your advice is greatly appreciated
