Lack of moments?!

I'm 35 weeks and the past two day my little girl has been really minimal with her movements I've felt a few but nothing like normal has anyone else experienced this?! I do not want hate just some advice

Are you doing kick counts? I was told that even if movement is a little slower some days you should still be able to get 10 movements in an hour that they are active. Do it at a time when you feel them being active, and know they are awake. Drinking something cold can get them going, or have some orange juice and lay on your left side(at least that works best for me). Then count kicks/movements. If you don't get ten in an hour you may want to contact your care provider. It might just be a lazy day for baby, but decreased movement can signal problems. I had to go in one afternoon because I couldn't get the kick count no matter what I did. Everything ended up being fine, but my midwife said that keeping track and paying attention to it was really important. Dehydration can also cause a decrease in movement. I live in Arizona so that's a struggle sometimes. I have to stay on top of water consumption too.
