Can you feel it? Symptoms of effacement?
This might be stupid, but any ladies been able to tell when they are thinning/effacing?
I've been achy and pained in my cervical area, but I've also had a tingly/itchy feeling? Anyone else had symptoms other than pain with effacement/dilation?
Side note, I don't have a uti, yeast infection, or bv.
