I had my first ultrasound today. I'm supposed to be 11+4 but was measuring 6 weeks with no heartbeat. They basically left me feeling sad and hopeless. I met with my midwife who said the ultrasound was normal for a 6 week scan, but it just doesn't make sense to me. I got my first positive pregnancy test 7 weeks ago. Doesn't make sense to me. Anyone have any advice? Is this a missed miscarriage? I'm sitting and waiting to get blood drawn to check hcg levels, then I'm supposed to go back in two days for more blood work, then another ultrasound in a week. I'm so confused and sad.
