Does he have a point

Okay so a little background, me and my boyfriend have had many ups and down. We had some trust issues because of our past involving keeping things and breaking promises. We are better now but when times were rough we stopped with social media and everything. But it felt like I wasn't allowed to be on there because he thinks I'm going to talk to other guys. Yet he has both his and my social media accounts and goes on it every once in a while. Does he have a point to keep it?
