Lost hope

Bleeding like a period, no real cramping though. 5w2d and my doc called saying levels were 46. Had ultrasound and no sign of pregnancy. Was my first. Levels checking again tomorrow, feeling so down. Worried I won't ever get pregnant again. My symptoms were so strong! Bloating, super sore boobs, gas, heartburn, headache, exhaustion. How do you get through this and have the heart to try again? Miscarriages are 1:4 every time. 😔
