Birth control

So I've been on birth control for about 3 years now I'm 16. Got on it because of my period. But I forgot to take my pill Friday and Saturday night so I took my Friday one Sunday morning and Saturday one Sunday night then took my Sunday one Monday morning. Now I'm all caught up. But eversince I took them I've been bleeding and it's not how my period is so I don't think it's my period. Is this normal?
