Minor pain on right side?

Question

It comes and goes and sometime happens on the left but mostly the right. Just feels like pressure, mild cramp. Is this round ligament pain or cramps or bloat? I'm 4 weeks. It's in same place I had implantation cramps. Thanks!

Round ligament pains will be sharp and short lived, usually after you sneeze or cough or sit up too fast. There are a lot of weird cramps and pains and most are normal, but If the cramping continues or if you start spotting definitely go to the ER. There's something called an ectopic pregnancy that can be really dangerous, not trying to scare you because most cramping feelings are normal! But since you're only feeling it on one side it could be that. Just be sure you don't ignore it if it gets worse.(:
